At GRAVL, safety and reliability are not features. They are the foundation of everything we build and source. Every power bank we sell is held to the highest safety standards and backed by one of the strongest warranties in India. This document sets out exactly what we promise, what it covers, and how to claim it. No small print.

Every GRAVL powerbank carries a 4-year warranty. No exceptions.

No astericks.

Year 1 is a full product warranty covering the entire unit against manufacturing defects and product failure. No registration needed your Amazon, BlinkIt and website order confirmation or invoice is all you need.

Years 2 through 4 extend coverage specifically to the battery the component that matters most in a power bank. To activate it, simply register at gravl.space within 30 days of purchase.

Why register at all?

The Years 2-4 battery warranty is the most generous in India. Registration is not a hurdle it is how we lock this warranty to you specifically. It means that if someone else tries to claim on your unit, they cannot. Your warranty is yours.

2. What Is Covered and What Is Not

We have written this section to be as clear as possible. A warranty that requires a lawyer to interpret is not a warranty at all.

Battery cell failure not attributable to misuse or external damage
Significant battery capacity degradation, as assessed by GRAVL
Charging port failure due to an internal defect
Thermal protection system failure
Display or indicator failure due to an internal defect
Physical defects in housing that affect product function
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Normal wear and tear, including gradual battery capacity reduction
Physical damage from drops, crushing, or impact
Liquid or moisture damage of any kind
Damage from incompatible or non-recommended charging equipment
Damage from exposure to extreme heat, cold, or humidity
Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
Unauthorised disassembly, modification, or repair
Products from unauthorised sellers or without valid proof of purchase
Lost or stolen products

Assessment of battery degradation is conducted by GRAVL's technical team. Where a dispute arises, GRAVL's assessment is final, subject to the customer's right to escalate under applicable consumer protection law.

3. Year 1 - Full Product Warranty

From the date of purchase, your GRAVL power bank is covered against any failure attributable to manufacturing defects or workmanship. This covers the full unit battery, housing, ports, display, thermal systems, everything.

What ‘Normal Use’ Means

Normal use means using the power bank for what it is designed to do: charging your devices, in everyday conditions, with compatible equipment, without physical abuse, liquid exposure, or tampering. If you are ever uncertain whether something qualifies, ask us before submitting a claim we would rather clarify upfront than disappoint you later.

4. Years 2-4 Battery Warranty

GRAVL covers significant battery capacity degradation as well as unexpected battery failure meaning a battery that stops functioning entirely beyond what is expected under normal use, for three years after your first year of ownership. This applies across our entire power bank range.

How to Activate

Activation takes under two minutes.

  1. Visit gravl.space and navigate to the Warranty tab
  2. Register using your Amazon order ID and the serial number on your unit
  3. Complete registration within 30 days of purchase

The 30-day window: why it exists

This warranty is personal. The 30-day registration window is not there to trip you up it is there to make sure your warranty belongs to you and only you. Once your order ID and serial number are registered, that combination is locked. Nobody else can claim it.

We set the window at 30 days because most people know within a month whether they have received a genuine GRAVL product from an authorised seller. Beyond that window, we cannot fairly verify the purchase and associate it with a single owner. The window is the fairest way we know to protect both sides.

What Voids Your Battery Warranty

We want to approve every valid claim. The situations below are the ones where we cannot, because the evidence would show that the failure was caused by something other than the product itself.

  • The product has been opened, disassembled, or tampered with by anyone other than GRAVL-authorised personnel
  • The product has been charged habitually using equipment that exceeds or is incompatible with the rated input specifications
  • The product has been stored or used in conditions outside the specified temperature and humidity range
  • The product has been exposed to liquid or moisture of any kind
  • The product registration cannot be verified or was submitted outside the 30-day window
  • The product was purchased from an unauthorised seller

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

We have tried to make this as straightforward as possible. If the product has failed and the failure is covered, we want to resolve it quickly.

7. Our team will respond within 3 business days with an honest assessment and clear next steps

8. If your claim is approved, GRAVL will arrange a repair or replacement we will discuss the options with you and find what works best

6. General Terms

These terms exist to make the warranty fair and workable for everyone. We have written them to be readable.

6.1  Original Purchaser

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product only. It is non-transferable. The warranty is tied to the person who bought it, not to the product itself. If the product is gifted or resold, the warranty does not pass to the new owner.

6.2  Authorised Sellers

This warranty applies to GRAVL products purchased from authorised sellers currently amazon, BlinkIt and website. Products purchased from unauthorised third-party resellers or marketplaces are not covered. If you are unsure about your seller, write to care@gravl.space before you submit a claim and we will check for you.

6.3  Proof of Purchase

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product only. It is non-transferable. The warranty is tied to the person who bought it, not to the product itself. If the product is gifted or resold, the warranty does not pass to the new owner.

6.4  Discontinued Products

Discontinuing a product model does not affect your warranty. If a GRAVL model is discontinued during your warranty period, we will fulfil any valid claim with a replacement unit of equal or greater specification. We will not leave you without a resolution simply because the model is no longer in our catalogue.

6.5  Repairs and Replacements

Replacement units may be refurbished products of equal specification. Repaired or replaced products carry the remainder of your original warranty period not a new four-year term. The clock does not reset, but your coverage does not shrink either.

6.6  Limitation of Liability

GRAVL’s liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product failure, including loss of data, loss of income, or damage to other equipment. This is a standard limitation across the industry and exists to ensure we can keep honouring warranties sustainably.

6.7  Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this warranty limits or removes any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian law. This warranty is in addition to those rights, not instead of them. If you ever feel your statutory rights have not been respected, you are entitled to escalate.

6.8  Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

6.9  Warranty Abuse

GRAVL reserves the right to decline claims where there is clear evidence of misrepresentation, fraud, or abuse including duplicate claims submitted on the same serial number. This protection exists to make sure the warranty remains sustainable for every legitimate customer. The overwhelming majority of claims are genuine, and we review every one with that assumption
